The Eldorado is probably the nicest casino hotel in town. It has excellent food (best buffet in town and the Bistro Roxy is excellent) and a very nice hotel. We're not huge gamblers, so I wouldn't be able to recommend the gaming - but it's a really nice place. Our personal favorite. And it's connected to the Silver Legacy and Circus Circus via skywalks - so you can stay at the Eldorado and experience 3 casinos without even going outside! My only complaint would be that years ago they got rid of the moving faces inside the Tivoli Gardens restaurant. Why? Oh why?

Overall highest rating - 10/10. We'd say the best buffet in town.
