On the surface, the Siena is our most fabulous and high-end casino... It has a gorgeous spa, beautiful swimming pool, wonderful artwork everywhere and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Truckee River. However... their coffee shop and even the "fancy" restaurant is iffy at best. I have either had good service or good food - never both in one visit. The casino is on the small end of the scale - but very tasteful. Overall, if you care a lot about appearances, this is the place for you. And I do... but as much as I want this place to be great, they still have a few issues to work out.
